The release of 'The Last of Us 2' is one of the most anticipated by the users of PlayStation 4 and at the moment it is unknown when this sequel will go on sale. Nevertheless, the composer Gustavo Santaolalla, the person in charge of the soundtrack of this second part and that already worked in its first delivery, has been able to offer a ray of light around this mystery.

During an interview he has given to a radio program in Argentina he was asked about when he thinks he will leave, to which Gustavo replied "in 2019", although he subsequently mentioned that he does not really have a clue when it will arrive, but a game of these features takes at least two years to complete.

Of course this does not mean that the continuation of Naughty Dog's masterpiece will reach stores within a couple of years. Even so, it does not sound crazy at all since at the moment almost nothing is known about the game and today we have only seen a single trailer that has only made us wish to publish a new more complete.

What Gustavo said is that he has been working for more than a year in the composition of the soundtrack of 'The Last of Us 2' and that from October 28, when he finishes a tour he is doing, he will return to Los Angeles to continue completing the themes that we will hear in this second part.

We will cross our fingers so that in one of the events that Sony will perform in the remainder of 2017 one of the protagonists is 'The Last of Us 2'. Until then, if you click on the link below you can listen to the interview that Gustavo Santaolalla has granted to this Argentine radio program.
